No idea what happened to the old credentials - possibly someone stole them as the old repo was open source. Created a new free account and added my and Mark's email to approved recipients.

Why don't we use Mandrill? Is there a reason to use a different mailing service

Also, I would read these from the env - it's a free account, but this project is open source

utils.sendMailQ() now works as intended (but can only send to myself, Kevin, or Mark).
