If you set your nerdminer screen to show the current block number according to it, you will see that it is showing the most current block number as the block number which has most recently been fully mined and rewarded according to https://explorer.btc.com/btc/blocks
When using nerdminer with public-pool.airdns.org on my esp32 and CPUMiner-Multi with https://solo.ckpool.org/ on my raspberry pi
the current block number is one higher CPUMiner-Multi
for example right now: nerdminer shows 801723 and cpuminer-multi shows 801724
also, https://www.blockchain.com/explorer/blocks/btc, appears to be showing 801723 as complete.
