Update platformio.ini to fix TTGO-T-Display build #408

Hi. This fixes the TTGO-T-Display environment by addressing compile/build errors related to missing 'sdkconfig.h' and font type/definition issues. This only affects [env:TTGO-T-Display] Cheers.
