EUR formatting blows up BPM #16

Describe the bug If the OS is formatting currency and numbers with a comma as the decimal place and a period as the grouping the app doesnt handle it

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

change the OS number formats as specified above
start BPM
crash
