I might take this up as well since nobody else is jumping on it.

Let me get a PR in for the USDZ stuff then ill get one going for this as well.

@br-matt do check out https://github.com/BabylonJS/Babylon.js/pull/14251 have added this feature, it is based on work from @Pryme8 on this playground here, all attributions to him, I just want to help here.
