Level detail screen not appearing for event contracts #24

As the title says, when trying to view a reward for a level in a contract that is related to an event, only a blank screen gets displayed.

A related issue is that the contract detail screen is not being displayed for contracts related to rectuitments

This is also a good time to implement a proper load state with loading and error screens for all kinds of screens:

Loading screen needs to have skeleton loaders in place, so that will be done with #14

14 has been merged with #29 so development on this may continue
