Add previous / next level to level detail screen #28

Add a section to the content of the level detail screen that has interactive mentions of the previous and/or next level within the contract, that open a new instance of a level detail screen with their level on interaction.

This requires the redesigned reward cards from #11 as they also include a variant to be used in a list, which is exactly what is needed for this
