I guess it was detected as phising because user asked to input their seed phrase directly on the first/index page.

This behavior is commonly used by mostly web phising out there.

Yeah you right, the solutions might be:

Never ask the user to input password or seed phrase on the first page.
Just report to opera, this is a false signal.
