When sending XEC, BCH were sent simultaneously #546

Good afternoon I made a deposit in XEC on the MEXC. When transferring coins, my BCH coins were automatically transferred. What to do in this situation.

Hi, reach out to MEXC and show them the TXid. Ask them if they can credit you the BCH as well.

Hi. MEXC wrote that the BCH was credited to another user's account. I do not know how this is possible. They wrote that an email had been sent to him asking for a refund of my BCH. But this user is not responding. I don't know if it's true or if they just don't want to return anything.

I contacted MEXC. They confirmed the receipt of the BCH. But they said that the transfer took place to another user's account and they cannot transfer BCH from his account to my account. They write that they have contacted this user with a request to refund my BCH. But this user is not responding. I don't know if it's true or not.
