Issues scanning QR code from copay (doesn't accept uppercase) and requires "bitcoincash:" for new cash addr format which is not included when adres is shared from copay

I just hope these issues can be fixed because using these wallets is a real hassle in real world scenarios when shared addresses and QR code scans just don't work.

The issue is still present in the latest release. The bitcoin.com wallet is clearly off-spec here since it doesn't support uppercase cashformat and breaks compatibility with the copay wallet. https://github.com/bitcoincashorg/spec/blob/master/cashaddr.md#uppercaselowercase

I really hope it can be fixed since it can't even use the bitcoin.com and copay wallet interchangeably with people because the bitcoin.com wallet just doesn't accept the shared addresses from the copay wallet. This really hurts usability.
