Splits the single settings page into multiple ones, since we need more space to cover each one. Adds various settings screens, and adds cross-linking. Minor tweak to the side nav to fix a mobile bug that made the bottom part of the expanded nav inaccessible. Added an option in the nav list to indent pages to show sub-pages.
