Add links to the Bitcoin Design Foundation #1051

Now that the foundation is live, we also need to make sure it's discoverable. This is best done by placing links and information in places relevant to what the foundation does.

As of right now, this PR adds links to these pages.

I am wondering if we should also add it to other pages, like the following:

These links are contextual, but also subtle. If we want to be more bold, we could also add a "Donate" link to the footer, or add more graphical donation call-to-actions. Just depends on how much we want to push it. I'd personally like to start with the basic contextual links and get them merged as a base, and then discuss additional options. But let me know what you think.

This is a good basic start. Think we can push it a little harder, but it doesn't need to happen right now.
