Fixing relative URLs on various guide pages #1099

Just a maintenance PR. While reviewing other PRs, I saw that there are various absolute URLs ("https://bitcoin.design/...") in several guide pages. This PR makes those URLs relative. This ensures that the site can be rendered locally or on PR previews with links not taking people to the live site.
