Elaborate on PIN step - Scenarios #991

I would like to elaborate on the PIN step for the Savings Wallet I did in this task

Why would you like to change the content? We currently broadly explain how a user can replace a signing device or key. It would be helpful to elaborate on the various scenarios a user could find themselves in the various factors they might need to recover their wallet again.

Additional context The scenarios can be found here but requires review.
