We started the new year with discussing expectations and goals moving forward, design and dev processes, and similar fun matters. Roughly speaking, we want to have all the design done by mid-year, along with a proof-of-concept implementation of the wallet. Then there's the idea of building an end-user facing website for the application. We also spoke about how we collaborate, document research, and how we can use prototyping more to validate our designs.
