Fix android build once again, add SQL-files #2182

Hi!

I'm fixing the android build again, changing permissions for whole ANDROID_SDK_HOME. Also made a couple of convenience changes (add .dockerignore, update .gitignore) and introduced a simple test, checking presence of SQL-files.
