@rajarshimaitra to discuss with Bitaloo for keeping db open to take participants dynamically and apprise them about the same.

@setusaurabh to create tags for cohort specific alumni and add them back in new alumni private channel.

We will update the commencement and the deadline dates to be same as the "Cohort kicking off date" once the cohort is over. So all dates look updated. IF we don't have exact dates, like with cohort kicking off dates, these dates will also just show month.
