Collect agent events:

Call accepted (from {number}).
Call redirected (to {organisation,person,number}).
Redirection cancelled.
Message sent.
Call ended.

I think it's about logging to the user log. When a users gets a new call. Make a log entry containing the time, if the user got it in auto or manual, and caller_id or something like that.
