@scottqueen-bixal has some exp with backstop.js as well and he did some work with selenium. he would be useful to discuss past work.

Found that I was reaching out to WebdriverIO a good bit and might be worth adding to our list for review.

some considerations

• We worked with selenium to create a host socket connection to a Virtual Box windows environment so we could work with IE from a Mac...might be easier if we just did it on a PC! 🤔
• We didn't yet have vis-regression testing integrated into continuous deployment or pull-request for that matter, the starting point was for local testing sanity 👍
• This branch is almost a year old! There is probably some new frameworks/improvements that make this way better to work with 😄

This looks seriously cool @scottqueen-bixal - thanks for sharing! I hadn't heard of WebdriverIO - I'll pull down your move.mil branch soon and see if I can get it running locally. :)
