Feature/bsd 95 pa11y access #114

I've ran the pa11y report on Drupal and added the https://storybook.js.org/addons/@storybook/addon-a11y story book a11y addon.

The only Drupal errors I got were in the footer and I made updates to fix those: image

The storybook addon is configured: image But it is not automated. Apparently that can be done with https://storybook.js.org/docs/writing-tests/accessibility-testing#automate-accessibility-tests-with-test-runner.
