Need all fields to be writable. There is no list of specialties, certifications, languages, or roles that allows us to "choose." We need to be able to manually type those fields.
Instead of going straight to a bunch of text plain multiples, can we investigate first (time box this) and determine if it's possible to have:
Drop down select (this is the one I don't know if it's possible with the other 2)
Autocomplete
New term (from same widget or a new one)
Having a drop down is not required, autocomplete and new term is required as a feature.
I know this is possible with 'Autocomplete' or 'Autocomplete (tags)' form widget.
'Tags' is more compact, but not as user friendly because you have to mess with commas and editing a tag in the middle of others, and autocomplete only works on the last term.
'Autocomplete' is great, but it takes up a lot of space on the page.
