BSD fixes #84: Case studies story #316

This PR updates the Case Studies story with new design. It also includes a minor update to the individual Blog post story to match. Fixes #84.

Significant changes

  1. Content on Case Studies, Contract Vehicles, and Blog posts now span full width [b503380, 877fb71, 1b22b26].
  2. Reduce H1 size on mobile to improve readability.
  3. Add spacing to sibling section titles.
  4. Rebuild Case Study story from components.
