When the Drupal site is deployed, these images ('https://bixal.com/static) will not be available any more, we need to host them ourselves:
Copy them to stories/assets/public
Update the FE build script to copy these sites/default/files/static.
Update image.html.twig partial so that it can handle re-writing the source of /assets/public to public:// for drupal and no longer uses the external images module. I believe the new themes are '#theme' => 'image_formatter', and '#type' => 'responsive_image',
Change all references to bixal.com/static images to @include image.html.twig src=/assets/public
Remove the imagecache_external module
DoD: When storybook loads, all bixal.com/static images should be hosted locally in storybook. When those same components are shown in Drupal, they are local as well and support image styles and responsive styles.
