Added reusable code to about us page template

Edit 6/25: I found a work-around; I used Philip's article page hero image as reference and that seemed to do the trick 🤗

• Issue with first section: background image does not fill full width. Any recommendations on how to fix this?
  • tried to use a different image but issue persist
  • tried inline style attribute but images not responsive
