404 error #41

Not Found The requested URL /portfolio/one was not found on this server.

I've previously installed bixie framework and formmaker, and the bixie theme incase there was any dependencies, and still I'm getting a 404.

I've just spent hours looking at this and I can't figure it out, any idea what to do? Please help?

it's ok I figured it out now. I was looking in the route, I've installed into a local subfolder. sorry.
