Galvan the Ancient #1

I am at Galvan the Ancient in Stranglethorn Vale trying to complete the 3 quests for Armour profession. Galvan accepted one quest (for Mithril Shoulder), but is not accepting the other 2 quests ( Smelt on, Smelt off & The Great Silver Deceiver) even though I have all the materials as can be seen in the screenshot Galvan the Ancient Thank you

I don't know if you have done something about this issue. But yesterday Galvan accepted another one of the 3 quests (The great Silver Deceiver), but he still won't accept the last quest (Smelt on Smelt off).
