Ws error w/ frozen lobby. #1081

When sitting in the lobby, game sometimes goes to runtime.lastError: the message port closed before a response was received, freezing the UI stopper in place.

The following error message is logged:

Unchecked runtime.lastError: The message port closed before a response was received.

Unable to reproduce. May have been related to the other UI lockout bug, which may have been an issue with CSS. Switch to jquery for all menu fading.
