Convert the type registry into decorators. #1315

Rather than the old type registry syntax, let's upgrade to decorators for fields that should by synced.

There are several components to this.

[ ] Methods.
[ ] Static fields.
[ ] Support for data types.
[ ] Support for complex fields, like position.x.

Optional:

[ ] Ability to sync fields within decorators like @physical2d
