16GB RAM issue #9

First thanks for your upload, helped me to enable standby. I just upgrade my x230 to 16gb ram and detected the following issue.

If I allocate much ram for example with memtester

memtester 12G

System freezes after some time and screen gets garbled like this:

No problem to allocate the ram with linux

Changed ram modules and problem is gone...
