Starting to read this book on the wisdom of a professor. Can't reach the supplemental materials linked on the sidebar here, and referenced in the first few pages of the book.

The links https://www.stroustrup.com/Programming/ and http://www.stroustrup.com/Programming/PPP2code that are shown in the sidebar here on Github are still showing as forbidden to me.
