Installer should allow optionally installed developer utilities #18

zoink and ztest are utilities only needed by developers; neither they (nor 
their manpages) need to 
be installed on end user systems. Can we have an optional install, defaulting 
to 'no' (unchecked) 
to install these utilities?

Yes, although I don't recall ztest being close to building in my tree last time 
I looked.

Should we schedule a new installer release with this and man pages/
