Describe the bug beatmaps don't download

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the bug (be as detailed as possible, otherwise it much harder for me to fix it):

  1. Try to download a beatmap from webosu

Expected behavior The beatmap downloads.

Additional context if it can't be reproduced then it's probably something on my end

found out it was because of the managed network I was on :p

i was already assuming that type of thing because we do seem to get blocked off a lot of network content management at this point and i don't like that a bit xd

blame fortinet and fortiguard
