Split the green line signals (transmission lines) into 2 separate, parallel lines

[x] Solid line indicating the total signal power on the craft
[x] Dashed line indicating only the relay power on the craft

[x] Line color is still based on the signal power to color function
[x] Dashed line is always below the solid line
[x] Line are center aligned along the two nodes
