In this task we want to make a game loop.

The requirements are:

[ ] The game loop needs to be usable for client and server, with and without a renderer.
[ ] The game loop needs to be exitable.

The things in the game loop are:

[ ] Input handling.
[ ] Rendering.
[ ] Turn Logic.
[ ] Network Traffic.
