In this story I want to set up rendering ImGUI

Mandatory

[ ] ImGUI is loaded and rendered

Information to show

[ ] For ships: speed and the amount of fish, both in <cur>/<max> notation.
[ ] For players: Their name and wealth.

Optional stuff:

[ ] Ship widget can help locate it.
[ ] Ships widgets render the ship appearance.
[ ] Player widget shows the ships it has.
[ ] Ship widget has < and > buttons to cycle through the ships.
[ ] Widgets are dragable.
