Hi Black,

Added french MPAA Rating.

Thanks. According to wikipedia there is also U (all audiences allowed) and there seems to be a difference between "18" and "-18" so I guess the full range of ratings for france is U,10,12,16,18 and -18 ... I would update all flags (remove the -) and add U and -18, then I can merge the pull request. :)
