Updated Remote Play menu to be aligned with Steam's default layout
I felt the Enable Remote play made too much empty space and felt awkward where it was
Cleaned some extra lines
Updated to properly display new Steam Library
Updated Small Big Picture Button Override, its now placed at the top right of the steam window and also supports the new Steam library
Adjusted placement for Big Picture Buttons, did this to allow the library to expand ontop the empty bar for both icon sizes
Increased top margin of Steam Beta Library

I noticed I overextended the margin to the left making Steam unabel to be resized horizontall on the left side.

I honestly almost forgot that the repositioning of the Big Picture Menu button would've change the placement of these...
Adjusted Library Option Positioning
Reduced margin of new library, overextended the margin a bit on the right side.
Repositioned as previous positioning caused an overlap with the Steam username on the left when Window is sized rather small in width
