I made sure the margins for the webpanel/console page were readjusted to fit the intended borders of the skin.
I've also gotten the Download Settings to look fine on the Non-Beta and Beta versions of Steam, although I had to remove/hide the Edit Label that said " Enter a new number below:" for it to look proper on the stable version of Steam, I don't think it'll cause issues for others since it doesn't really provide much to the functionality.
