Fixed Umlaute... #28

I've fixed the non-existant umlaute in the german translation

Sorry for the delay @mrtnrdl. If i try to compile your changes, i get some errors. I am using $ ./gen latex/blackarch-guide-de.tex pdf can you confirm and if so please fix them first?
