8 months ago if you still need this package it is on the aur under the name sdrsharp. https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/sdrsharp can be installed with yay -S sdrsharp.
No need to use wine, there's also airspy and airspyhf-git you can get also with any aur helper of choice.

Description: SDR# is the most popular SDR tool, as you can easily see on YouTube. The program itself is free, but the problem is that it is only available for Windows. Maybe somehow using Wine we could run it on BlackArch because it's a very important tool in terms of SDR along with add-ons.
