I have implemented a basic test suite using Tape.

Coverage Report is generated in coverage/lcov-report/
Refactored Server to allow for easier testing
- Moved Dotenv init into Server.start() to simplify starting the server when testing. Would it make sense to maintain a separate env file for testing?

Issues

With the current data persistence setup it's difficult to create seed data, but that should change with the typeorm integration.
