Installer: Unable to scroll #192

In the installer, it is not possible to scroll using the scrollbars. As a workaround, click left into content area and use the mousewheel.

Reason is that there is an overlay set to "postion:fixed" the scrollbars are 'linked' to.

There will be a new installer for BC2, so we won't fix this for BC1 anymore.
