FCKEditor Filemanager not activated #198

Using the prepared BC 1.0.1 bundle with CKEditor does not activate the FCKEditor Filemanager switch in the WYSIWYG Admin while installation, so it is not possible to insert images because the browse button is missing.

Yes, I know, but I have not found a reason yet. Just open the WYSIWYG Admin, make sure the filemanager is checked, and save.

It seems that the install.php is not executed (correctly) when installing the bundle.

Found this to be an error in the installer. After step 'optional', the DB is filled again, so all settings are gone.
