Unable to choose just jQuery / UI in [global] header files #289

Since v1.1, one can add jQuery Plugins globally or page based, but not just the Core and the UI. Could be solved using Checkboxes.

Note: If any jQuery Plugin is present, the jQuery Core will be loaded in the frontend, regardless the core setting made here.
