Dashboard enhancements

As of BC version 1.2, dashboard widgets can be reordered, minimized, moved and removed. In addition, users can choose from different layouts (for example 2 columns, 3 columns).

User based permissions are postponed until version 2.0.

Features to be added:

• [ ] Choose from a list of layouts
• [x] Sort widgets by drag & drop
• [x] Move widgets from one column to another
• [x] Hide (minimize) widgets
• [x] Remove widgets
• [x] Show list of available widgets (allow to re-add a removed widget)
• [x] Reset Dashboard

The feature "Choose from a list of layouts" will be postponed to a later version, so this is closed now.
