v1.2: SEO Features #321

As already discussed in the forum (http://forum.blackcat-cms.org/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=459), some of the new SEO features need some (user) expertise, so we decided to move them into an optional Admin Tool experienced users can use on demand. As this tool still needs extensions in the core, and SEO was to be the "main feature" of version 1.2, this enhancement has prio 1 for the upcoming 1.2 release.

The SEO features are implemented now, some in an extra Admin Tool. Will have to be tested though. We will open new issues for anything.
