Mark editable pages for users with restricted permissions #334

Users that have permissions to edit specific pages see all pages in the page tree, which is necessary to keep the tree valid. There should be some kind of markup to let the user know which pages are allowed to be edited.

Hopefully fixed this as I found that users can't even edit any pages...
