Restricted user sees "Addons" menu entry in backend #335

There's nothing he can do, but the menu entry should be hidden.

Found the error in ./backend/groups/get_permissions.php. The permission to the addons section is granted if any of the keys 'languages', 'modules' or 'templates' exists, instead of testing if they are set to true.
