De-/Activate sections #338

It would be nice to have an option to deactivate sections on a page. A workaround is to set a publishing date that is in the past, but a simple checkbox would be easier to use and more obvious.

In BC2, there is a new column "visible" in the sections table to allow deactivating a section on purpose.
