Feature Request - Boss bar support for messages #38

On my server we have multiple plugins that send messages through action bar, such as Vanish (constantly) and votes. Having an option to tell where the messages (in my case /bs notify) will be displayed would be perfect, especially that boss bars stack on the screen, unlike action bars that can be displayed only one at a time.

Might be a good option to add extra customization. Although this is quite difficult to support for all versions and platforms.
